Betty's video clip
last night my best friend in the city, "Betty,"* introduced me to my new favorite video clip. i made her play it for me 3 times; it's that hilarious. (click on "Think about It, Think Think about It" here. it might take a little while to download, but it's well worth the wait.)
the guys in the clip are a band from New Zealand called Flight of the Conchords. they're coming to NYC in September, and i'm gonna try to go. these dudes crack me up, yo.
*Betty and i have called each other "Betty" since she dubbed me that after hearing i had a chick band in college called "The RockStar Betties." Her real name is Kristen, but she also goes by "KP." i love her. every so often she'll bust out with, "Will somebody please remove these cutleries from my knees." see the video for just how hysterical that line is.

"talk bout the issues but keepin it funky" - all time favorite line....i could use a little more diplomacy in the art of refuting the babbling pagans in the city. the guy on the left is my future husband but, he doesn't know,know,know about it yet.
